TEHRAN – Given the continued malicious acts of the Zionist regime, it aims to create uncertainty in the region, coupled with President Donald Trump’s military threat to Iran.
The Swiss Embassy in Tehran represents the US interests section of Iran.
Aisa Kamari, Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of US Affairs, rejected a provocative statement that violated international law and the UN Charter.
He also conveyed Iran’s official warnings about the act of aggression and the Islamic Republic’s resolve to respond quickly to the threat.
The representative of the Swiss Embassy ensured that he would immediately communicate these issues to the US government.
The summons came as Trump threatened Iran with bombings and secondary tariffs if the country had not reached an agreement with his administration about the nuclear program.
“If they don’t make a deal, there’s going to be a bombing,” Trump said Sunday in a call with NBC News’ Kristen Welker.
