Iran’s permanent mission to the United Nations in New York says Iranian officials have not requested a meeting at the White House.
The mission issued a statement Wednesday after Iran claimed that Iran “reached out” and “wanted to negotiate.”
Iran’s mission rejected the claim as a lie and said it had never asked him to “kneel at the White House gates.”
The only thing more despicable than his lies is his coronavirus threat to the leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the mission further said.
Trump recently strengthened his rhetoric against Iran amid the Israeli invasion that began on June 13th. He said Iran “should surrender unconditionally.”
Earlier on Wednesday, Ayatollah Khamenei dismissed Trump’s threat. He said the Iranian state stands firmly against both the war imposed and the peace imposed, emphasizing that the Iranian state will never surrender.
