On Thursday, April 3, extremists burned copies of the Holy Qur’an in front of the city hall in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for anti-Islamic acts. Burning the Holy Qur’an and other scriptures is an indecent and offensive act that hurts the emotions of billions of people around the world.
Islam, like all religions, calls for peace, justice, mutual respect and opposes divisive actions and tensions. The Holy Qur’an, a sacred book of Islamic religion, is a spiritual source of guidance and respect for Muslims and all free and respectable people, and is respectful and respectful of human beliefs and values.
“We are representatives of the Iranian parliament, and we strongly condemn the spread of hatred for the blasphemy of the Holy Qur’an and the holiness of Islam, and declare that excuses in favour of freedom of expression should not be used to injure Muslims around the world and promote Islamophobia.
The Dutch government must be careful not to fall into the trap of supporting the inhuman crimes of the brutal Zionist regime. Public opinion in the Islamic world expects the Dutch government to prevent such anti-Islamic actions and punish the perpetrators as soon as possible.
