TEHRAN – Iranian pilots and four crew members have launched legal cases against 13 Argentine authorities, including the president of the country and a federal judge, who are accepting lures, torture and psychological abuse during their five-month ordeal in Buenos Aires.
Arriving at Buenos Aires Airport on June 10, 2022, the Boeing 747 flight of the “Mtrasol Venezuela” airline, officially and legally landed in Argentinean soil after carrying auto parts from an Argentinean company and obtaining flight and landing permits. However, Captain Gholamreza Ghasemi and the Iranian crew on the flight were detained domestically for five months on false accusations by the Argentine judicial system.
Court attorney Ali Mashaeki has released news of complaints from clients (Captain Gasemi) against the perpetrators of hostages and torture, as well as news of four members of the Argentine flight crew, saying, “In opposition to the actions of illegal obligations with Argentine civil servants, due to the abuse and abuse of the M-Areiz faction, amid the abuse and abuse of the Amtrasales, Ari Mashaeki, the court’s lawyer, has filed a lawsuit in the court of Tehran Governor, demanding an investigation and seeking damages against managers, sponsors and now Argentina and US officials.”
He added: “The lawsuit cited the fundamental principles of international law, international treaties, and domestic law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and called for compensation for all material and joint damages defended, as well as for some of the accusations of the relevant authorities and agencies in Argentina and the United States.”
A lawyer for the fake tain was told in this case that fake tain was a prominent Iranian pilot instructor, and a squadron of 16 Venezuelan citizens and four Iranian citizens was suddenly arrested and banned from leaving without specific charges. According to the documents obtained, the actions by Argentine police and judicial authorities are based on a scenario designed by the Zionist regime and the United States, where the aforementioned individuals were detained in a true right to defense and inhumane state, and without suffering from many mental and psychological injuries and material losses.
The hostages said that mental and psychological torture took place at the request of Zionist Robbydaya and was carried out in cooperation with two members of the Israeli Embassy in Argentina and the Argentine Parliament. They were deprived of their fundamental right to visit because they did not issue visas by the Argentine government.
Referring to the failure of his conspiracy against his client, Ali Mashaeki said: The team, the Argentine government and the judicial system were forced to surrender to justice and the release of nominated individuals.
He added: In the case, the Argentine government as a corporation was appointed defendant along with 13 governments and judicial authorities in the country, including the president, foreign minister, security, justice, federal judges, prosecutors and several members of Parliament. The Israelis Association of Argentine (DAIA) and the US government delegations have been sued as parties to the lawsuit for their role in arresting and imposition of political pressure on Argentine officials.
Regarding the legal basis for the client’s petition, the lawyer for the fake captain said, “This petition is based on a variety of domestic laws, including Iran’s jurisdiction law in civil cases against foreign countries, national laws protecting citizens affected by US actions, the Civil Liability Act, and organizations of Chicago groups (including international treaties such as international treaties such as 1944 civil society organizations). The UN Convention on Human Rights and the 2004 National Immunity has also been cited as documents cited in this case.”
Referring to the international aspects of the case, Ali Mashaeki said: “Based on the attached documents, this arrest was made in collaboration with intelligence agencies in several countries, including the United States, from the Zionist lobby in Argentina.” Legal analysts have evaluated the measure not only as a violation of international law, but also as a way to put political pressure on Iran and Venezuela.
Regarding the legal significance of filing a lawsuit against the Argentine government, he said:
Ali Mashayekhi said, “After filing a legal lawsuit, the victim of this crime will file criminal charges against the perpetrator of this crime and the assistant of this crime on charges of inducing, hostages, torture and illegal detention.”
