Tehran – International Quds Day, which is on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, was commemorated in various cities and villages in Iran.
The QUDS Day march, which takes place at a delicate period in Palestinian history, is extremely important.

The day of the Quds march began on the morning of Iran and gathered by the massive public under the slogan “We remain faithful to the pledge.” Participants marched from mosques and main squares in cities and villages across the country to Friday prayer locations.
In Mashhad, the city of Northeast Shrine, a rally began early in the morning as part of the annual observance.
Meanwhile, the Tehran crowds began gathering at Revolution Street from various locations to commemorate the occasion.

Imam Khomeini, founder of the Islamic Revolution, declared the last Friday of the fasting month of Ramadan as the International QUDS Day in 1979, with the aim of liberating Palestinian lands from the occupation of Israel’s Zionist regime.
QUDS Day is being held in the Gaza Strip as an Israeli killing plane, and the West Bank is not fading with US support and green light.
President Masoud Pezeshkian, who attended a rally on Tehran’s QUDS Day, said, “The actions of the Zionist regime and the nation in favour of this criminal system are nothing but crime, savages, and violations of humanitarian principles.”
Western countries, particularly the United States, have supported Israel since October 7, 2023 for genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
Pezeschkian also said Israeli supporters should be “bearing responsibility for the crimes of this terrorist regime.”
The International Criminal Court has issued a warrant for “crimes against humanity” and “crimes against humanity in Gaza” against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former military minister Joab Gallant.
Iran’s attorney Gholam-Hossein Ejei said Iran is a pioneer in defending Palestinian rights in restoring trampled rights.
The UN aid agency has said Israel’s actions in Gaza, including strikes on a population area where civilians have been killed, are “characteristics” of atrocities.

Israel renewed its attack on Gaza after violating the ceasefire agreement. The new US administration, which advocated to end the war in the Middle East, supports Israel’s new attack on Gaza.
