Speaking to Iranian news network (IRINN) on Thursday night after returning to tours to Egypt and Tunisia, Araguchi explained about dealings through Egypt between the Internitar Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Iran’s future cooperation, and restoring three European states arrangements to restore the United Nations in restored to three European states and European plating.
Regarding the agreement between the IAEA and Iran’s nuclear situation, Aragucci said, “There are two issues: one is the ongoing consultation and negotiations with three European countries. Over the past few years, there have been meetings during the 12-day war in Geneva, which continued even after the war ended.
He said, “We, China and Russia believed they had no right to do this, but they still don’t. They moved forward to extend this mechanism and proposed conditions. These conditions were unacceptable to us. Their terms were unrealistic and unreasonable.
“Cooperation with the IAEA is another matter. We have started consultations with the IAEA before their terms. Cooperation with the IAEA benefits us and as members of the NPT, we have an obligation too.”
“Our message to the institution is that in a new situation, cooperation cannot be done as before, because the situation has changed and we have laws approved by Congress as well. The signed agreement explains the new framework. First, the institution has accepted that attacks on nuclear facilities are unacceptable. The law also needs to consider the perspective of the highest national security council (SNSC).
