Tehran – Iran’s top military commander warns that future attacks against Iran will be met with a “decisive and crushing” response, unlike what he saw previously.
Major General Abdulrahim Musavi, the military chief of staff, made his speech on Thursday at the 40th day ceremony of several martists of Iranian military commanders in the unattacked Iranian attack in Israel US in June.
He declared that the Islamic Republic had “complete deterrence” against the threat of its enemy, and praised the country’s combat readiness and defensive capabilities.
“The deterrent power of the Islamic Republic is complete and, as the leader of the Islamic Revolution said, the Iranian state is fully prepared for both negotiation and defense,” Musabi said.
Musabi said the killing of Iranian commanders, scientists, students and athletes in last month’s attacks only strengthened national unity and amplified the spirit of resilience.
“The enemy does not understand that if the invaders step into this soil, the Iranians, derived from their beliefs and beliefs, are united against them,” he argued.
On June 13, Israel launched a massive strike in Iran, sparking a 12-day war that claimed at least 1,064 lives. The US joined the conflict by bombing three Iranian nuclear sites. This is a move that Tehran has been accused of as a serious violation of international law.
In retaliation, Iranian forces attacked strategic targets across occupied Palestinian territory and the Al-Undead Air Base, West Asia’s largest military facility, as well as Qatar’s Al-Undead Air Base, West Asia’s largest military facility. By June 24, Iran’s counter strike had forced this illegal attack.
Musabi accused Israel of trying to drag Iran into chaos and conflict, describing the “Child-killing Zionist regime” as a collapsed force.
“This administration is like a brakeless vehicle that is rushing towards destruction,” he said. We and our Western leaders have warned us not to sacrifice the country’s future to protect Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He emphasized that Iranians will “never forget the wounds of America’s betrayal and crime,” adding that future generations will continue to demand justice in the suffering of the nation.
The public has reaffirmed Iran’s message of peace and stability and pledged to work towards lasting security through regional cooperation, preventing Israel from moving forward with the “extensive” agenda through division and incitement.
