Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagh Galibahu, pointed to ongoing indirect consultations with the US, arguing that nuclear technology is an Iranian right and can only be used for peaceful purposes, due to Iran’s advanced nuclear advances.
Gallibahu noted ongoing indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States, saying, “All their negotiation efforts are because Iran’s Islamic Republic is now ranked among the top countries in the nuclear industry.
“Today, the most advanced centrifuges are being built by innovative young people in Iran. The Islamic Republic of Iran does not pursue nuclear weapons, but uses this knowledge in medicine, environmental protection, agriculture and other fields,” he added.
“It is our right to use nuclear capabilities, and we use it for the development of our nation. We believe this ability belongs to the entire Islamic world.”
