Speaking to the state television on Friday night, Brigadier General Ahmadi Vahidi, the top advisor to the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, said True Promise III had attacked several Israeli targets on occupied territory.
The airspace in Nevatim and Obda, where the Israeli regime’s command and control centers and electronic warfare centers are located, are targets for Iran’s attacks, the general noted, adding that these two bases were used as the origin of the attack on Iran.
Other sites attacked by the IRGC included Ternofua Base near Tel Aviv, the Zionist regime’s Ministry of Defence, and the Industrial and Military Centres in Tel Aviv.
Operations planners were looking at a total of over 150 targets, but they were hits in multiple stages, he added.
The general said the Israeli regime had made a serious miscalculation to attack Iran, warning that Zionists should support the outcome.
During the operation of True Promise III, hundreds of missiles were fired by Iran on Friday evening, successfully completing many of the Zionists’ largely multi-layered air defense systems.
It came after the Israeli regime attacked many residential areas in Tehran and other parts of Iran early on June 13.
