On the occasion of the first ceremony of the Islamic Republic’s 7th Export Subsidiary Exhibition of Iran, called the “Iran Exposition 2025,” held at Tehran’s permanent international fairgrounds on Monday, he emphasized that Iran has strengthened trade and economic exchanges between the US and the nation.
The minister went on to say that Iran had exported 152 million tons of goods worth $57.8 billion to other countries in the previous Iranian calendar year (March 21, 2024 to March 20, 2025).
Atabak turned to the volume of trade exchanges with the Iranian world, noting that the volume of trade exchanges with the Iranian world has increased to $130 billion, showing an increase of 11% compared to the previous year.
With the strengthening of economic diplomacy, Iran should implement priority and free trade agreements with other countries, the Minister of Industry emphasized.
