Gaza’s Palestinian Ministry of Health says Israeli forces have bombed the Nura Al-Qaabi Kidney Dialysis Centre in Beit Rahiya, northern Gaza.
Part of an Indonesian hospital, the centre serves more than 160 patients with renal failure and is the only dialysis facility in northern Gaza.
According to Muneer Al-Bursh, the secretary general of the Ministry of Health, the latest attack comes weeks after the centre reopened after an earlier attack several weeks ago.
The footage published by Al-Bursh shows an Israeli bulldozer on the site.
The ministry said 41% of patients suffering from kidney failure in Gaza “were killed in the course of the war after being denied access to dialysis centres and destruction of designated centres and departments for them.”
Hamas also accused Washington of providing “political and military cover” to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government of continuing violations of international law.
