According to Press TV, the family was struck by an Israeli tank shell or drone while walking near the Al-Aqsa hospital in Deir Al-Balah.
The doctor attempted an emergency caesarean section to save the baby, but it was declared that all three were dead. Several other civilians were also killed in the attack.
Last week, a strike in Israel caused almost all of Khan Yunis pediatrician Dr. Ara Al Najar to be killed while working at Nasser Hospital, Gaza Health Authorities reported.
