Israeli fighter jets launched fierce air force attacks in and around Gaza city, targeting densely populated areas and critical infrastructure.
In one of the most serious attacks, an Israeli strike crashes into a room inside a central clinic in Gaza city, without prior warning.
The clinic was protecting displaced people in Palestine at the time.
According to medical sources, six Palestinians were killed in the attack, while 15 suffered injuries of varying severity and were moved to Al Ali Hospital for treatment.
Witnesses described scenes of the massacre inside the clinic.
Uz Washem, a Palestinian displaced person who survived the bombing, said:
“They said my brother-in-law was injured and my son was killed. His wife and daughter are in the ICU. The strike hit the room next to him, who was with his family.
Another survivor, Ahmed Kadum, said, “As directed by the Israeli military, he went to West Gaza city and took shelter at the Al-Rimal Clinic. It was filled with displaced people from Shujaiya and other parts of Gaza city.
