In a statement Wednesday, public staff denounced the attack as a blatant violation of international norms and a threat to local stability. Calling Qatar a “friendly and brotherly country,” he said the attack was carried out with full coordination and support from the US.
On Tuesday, Israeli fighters carried out a series of airstrikes on Doha, targeting Hamas leadership meetings. Hamas confirmed that none of its senior leaders were killed in the attack, but five members had martyred.
“It is clear to governments and nations around the world that all crimes committed by the Zionist administration are coordinated and supported by the US government,” he said in a statement. “Washington is fully responsible and does not take into account global public opinion or even its own allies.”
The statement warned that the spread of Israeli military attacks poses a serious threat across the region and beyond.
In line with the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), public staff called on the Islamic world to remain vigilant and unite against the twin threats of American and Israeli militarism. It urged all countries to cut ties with Israel and stopped that “crazy war machine.”
The statement reaffirmed Iran’s support for the resistance axis and continued pledged solidarity between the oppressed Palestinians across the region and resistance fighters.
