Several casualties have been reported in fresh Israeli attacks on Yemeni cities, including the capital Sanaa.
Local Yemeni media, including Al Masirah TV, reported on Wednesday that the Israeli regime had targeted government buildings in Al Hazm district.
According to media, military camps, fuel storage and Ministry of Defense buildings were targets of Yemen’s latest Israeli airstrike.
Meanwhile, the Yemeni military said air prevention will use air-to-air missiles from underground to combat Israeli aircraft.
Media reports say Yemen’s Ministry of Defence is reportedly a target for Israeli attacks.
Yemeni Al Masila TV English website reported that Yemeni air defenses have repelled some of the air attacks on the capital.
“Our air defense has successfully launched many surface-to-air missiles while facing Zionist attacks on our country,” Yemeni media said military spokesman General Yahiya Saly said in a statement.
“Some enemy fighters were forced to retreat before carrying out the attack because the majority of the attack failed,” the spokesman said.
