At least 64 Palestinians have been killed and 278 injured in Israeli airstrikes over the past 24 hours, the ministry said on Sunday.
The ministry confirmed that 19 deaths were among those waiting for assistance, but pushed the total number of Palestinians killed in search of food by 2,095 others injured in the same area, with over 15,430 people injured.
Air strikes reportedly hit several areas, including Khan Yunis, Al Sablah, Sheikh Radwan and several refugee camps, but witnesses pointed out that the entire residential bloc has been destroyed in Jabaria, Rafa’s Saudi Arabia and Eastern Gaza city.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli attacks have killed 62,686 Palestinians and 157,951 have been injured, according to the Ministry of Health. He also said at least 289 people, including 115 children, died of hunger and malnutrition as hunger worsened.
