Hezbollah, Resistance Front remains “live and active”: Iran’s Parliament President
Iran’s chairman Mohammad Bakar Karibah said Thursday that Hezbollah’s strength stems from both his support and his presence on the battlefield, highlighting the existence of a front of resistance as “living.”
Karibah made a speech at the Imam Kazem Seminary ceremony in Kom to commemorate the anniversary of Martian Secretary of Hezbollah. Looking at the history of the Zionist regime, he recalls its formation in the aftermath of World War II, noting that the UN Security Council has recognized and cemented its existence with support from the UK and the US.
“For the past 77 years, the Zionist regime has only produced records of occupation, aggression and violations of state rights,” he said.
Karibah stressed that even in the age when Israel announced peace and ceasefire, he continues to pursue a war of imposing and domination on regional states. “From Camp David and Oslo to other agreements, the administration’s track record reveals the hostile nature of child murders,” he said.
The speaker emphasized that the Islamic Republic and the Iranian state have proven that they will never fall into attack through Hezbollah and the steady, unity and support of the resistance front. “With national solidarity and popular participation, Iran will preserve and strengthen its resistance,” said Kalibah, adding that the strategy paves the way for future achievements and repeated victory in the region.
