TEHRAN – Director of Ali Sadr Travel Agency Mehran Hajian has donated a symbolic gift to Iranian Kim Junpee’s South Korean ambassador after a visit from Ali Sadr Cave in Hadan Province. Hajian, with the donation of exquisite pottery made by the Korean ambassador by the Larezin artisans, “This precious gift is a result of the taste and skill of the Larezin pottery craftsmen. It is a symbol of the ancient heritage, cultural identity and handicrafts of the Hadhan people,” reported Milas Aria (CHTN).
He said the gift is in line with the promotion of cultural collaboration and the introduction of tourism and artistic potential in Hadandan, adding that Larezin is known as a global ceramic city at an international level.
Hajian explained that the city is one of Iran and the world’s leading pottery production hubs. The artist’s work, he said, presents the combination of tradition, reliability and artistic flavours of the people of the region.
The Korean ambassador said Ali Sadr is a unique cave. He expressed his satisfaction with the quality of service offered to tourists.
Thanking the valuable gift, he emphasized the importance of fostering interactions in the tourism sector and the cultural exchange between Iran and South Korea.
He expressed hope that the promotion of cultural ties and the introduction of state capabilities such as Hadan will allow grounds to be prepared for more Korean tourist visits to Iran.
This conference and symbolic donation of Lalejin Pottery can be seen as an important step in fostering cultural diplomacy and cultural and human relations between the two countries.
