Tehran – Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) have launched a massive lure campaign in the occupied West Bank, luring many people, including the mayor. The massive lure campaign began early on Sunday, and an unknown number of Palestinians, including former Arab Knesset members and former prisoners, were lured.
The attacks targeting multiple towns and cities included violent home invasions, searches and field questioning.
In Nazareth City, IOF invited former Arab Knesset member Hoine Zovi from his home. She was taken to question allegations of “inciting terrorism.” The charges stem from her speeches she gave at an anti-Israel conference held outside the occupied West Bank.
In Nablus, the IOF invited several former prisoners, including Kutaiba Azem of Sebastia, Mahmoud Abdel Hadi of Azmut, and Musab Muritat of Beit Frik, whose wife had been previously lured a few months ago.
Additional invitations in the area included Nadim Wajih of Qusra and Miqdad Sabah of URIF, followed by an attack on his home where regime forces plundered their personal belongings.
At the Governor of the West Bank of Tarkarm, the IOF invited Mohammad Sultan Marah and Dr Mujahid Burhan. Several residents were exposed to interrogation on the scene.
In the southern city of Alkalyl (Hebron), raids were expanded into multiple towns and villages. Those invited include Adam Tamer Abu Ilkob of Dura, brother of Anas Al-Tawell, Palestinian prisoner of Qeizoun, and Mohammad Hussein Al-Arami of Beit Ummer.
On the Sarfitte (central west coast), the IOF lured Ibrahim Aji, mayor of Karawat Banihassan, and confiscated the city’s bulldozers and cranes.
The invitation came after the accident after removing a concrete barrier near the IOF checkpoint at the western entrance of the town.
Meanwhile, in the town of Jabaa, south of Jenin, the IOF troops continued their third day of military invasion, tempting Palestinian youths and field questioning.
This latest campaign marks one of the most extensive raids in recent months, amid ongoing tensions and increased illegal IOF military activity across the occupied territories.
Thousands of Palestinian hostages suffer within the Israeli prison system in extremely frightening circumstances, including women and children. None of them had access to fair trials and had faced the back of the bar for years without committing any crimes under the so-called administrative detention of the occupying regime.
