He praised Baiji and his wife’s hard work and faith in various fields.
He attached great importance to the role of the Basij in Iranian society, calling them a great and valuable asset.
The leaders also praised Basij for rejecting bullying in the world system and creating resistance to global arrogance.
He also praised the resistance movements in Gaza and Lebanon as mass movements born of Iranian Basij values.
Khamenei also praised the Basij’s support for the world’s poor and oppressed people.
The speech is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. local time in Tehran.
