LONDON – Despite the destruction that war leaves behind, true victory goes to those with an indomitable will.
Do movements occur according to the will of oppressive forces or do they occur according to the will of resisting forces?
Any measures taken by the Axis of Resistance, whether they appear to be in the interests of the enemy or the resistance forces, should be within the scope of achieving the objectives of the present stage. This is not considered a concession. Even if it seems like a concession, it is a calculated and necessary step in a direction determined by the situation. However, it is not a step toward realizing the goals of the opposition project. Otherwise it ends up being a tool within your project.
If you have the will, you can’t lose. A party with a will will never collapse unless it is wiped out. That’s not possible at the people level. There are people and movements with the will and the means to achieve their goals, no matter how long or short. The side that capitulates has accepted defeat by that act alone. When it comes to formulas that define victory by military victory or martyrdom, and consider martyrdom a victory, as the leaders of the resistance have expressed, it is a victory in all cases.
If a will exists, it cannot be revoked. If one party abandons it, another party will raise the flag. Are those who seek to strip the Resistance of its will the ones who created it? Those who have not given legitimacy to resistance from the beginning cannot seize control of it. It was the people and the state that gave legitimacy to the resistance, since it was their right to repel the invaders. This is where legitimacy comes from. The usurper of legitimacy cannot confer legitimacy.
As for secondary parties, such as client governments, tasked with undermining the legitimacy of resistance forces, they cannot be eliminated because resistance arose and grew in their presence. If it was not possible to stop it at the initial stage, then after it strengthens, it will not be possible to eliminate it, even if it seems weakened in the confrontation with the main enemy. Resistance forces are expanding and emerging beyond the control of state authorities, and states do not know their entrances, exits, or means. I can’t erase it even if I want to. Also, the compass must not deviate from the real enemy or the real conflict.
Resistance is consistent with internal structures and extends to educational, social, security, military, financial, and media institutions. If states try to forcefully respond, conflict will ensue. States may triumph over visible structures of resistance, but legitimacy persists beyond what can be silenced or destroyed. Domination and control do not negate the legitimacy of rights and the will of rights. Since it is the will of the people, it is necessarily updated.
Whether a regime succeeds or collapses, the legitimacy of resistance persists. Because its basis lies not in political structures but in the inherent right to resist occupation. If the Resistance succeeds in achieving its goals of liberation and the destruction of evil beings, then and only then its raison d’être ends and the nation moves towards building a dignified and just life.
