During his visit to Tehran, the secretary of the Armenian Security Council held consultations with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragut to discuss bilateral cooperation in various fields and the implementation of ongoing projects between the two countries.
Armenian security guards and top Iranian diplomats emphasized the continued importance of bilateral contacts based on mutual respect and trust.
Both sides also highlighted the need to maintain peace and security in the region and discussed the latest developments in the region.
Earlier on Saturday, Grigorian met and held discussions with President Ali Larijani of Iran’s Supreme Security Council (SNSC) and Chief of Staff of Iran’s Chief of Staff Ali Larijani, Iranian military general General Abdulrahim Musavi and President Ali Larijani.
