TEHRAN – In a brave violation of international law, the Israeli regime targeted the Iranian defence forces and military logistics command headquarters in Tehran late on Saturday.
According to the Tasnim News Agency, the attack caused “minor structural damage” to the management buildings within the complex, but failed to disrupt any important operations.
At the same time, the regime struck the Defense Research Innovation Organization (SPND), a pivotal scientific entity that oversees Iran’s technological advances.
Initial assessment confirms that the facility has maintained limited damages, but the full assessment remains ongoing.
This attack forms part of a broader pattern of Israeli invasion. Tel Aviv’s unprovoked strike on Friday and Saturday marched over 100 Iranians, including respected military commanders, nuclear scientists and civilians.
Among the victims were Olympic shooting athlete Hamid Tumali, equestrian champion Mehdi Pradvando and his family, Pilates instructor Nilfar Galeband.
In response to these military adventurism acts, Iran exercised its inherent rights to self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter and launched Operation True Promise III.
Among the targets of Iran’s strike was the Kiriya War Complex in Tel Aviv, the hub of the Zionist regime’s war planning.
