Iranian health minister Mohammad Reza Zafarkandi said official statistics show that 606 Iranians have been marching in the Zionist war of attacks since June 13th.
He said a total of 5,332 people have been injured across Iran since the start of the Israeli War.
Zafarkandi said the most deadly wave of brutal Israeli strikes against Iran has been in the last 24 hours, during which 107 people were marching and 1,342 people were injured before the ceasefire took effect on Tuesday morning.
The minister said 95% of martialists died after being buried under a tile rub, but only 5% were declared to have died after being taken to hospital.
The Ministry of Health has been forced to evacuate three at-risk hospitals in the past two weeks to save the lives of patients, he added.
The Zionist regime fought a war of attack on Iran on June 13th. It carried out airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear, military and residential sites that brought the martial teaching of top military commanders, nuclear scientists and civilians.
The Iranian forces immediately began a counterattack. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Aerospace Force implemented 22 waves of retaliation missiles against the Zionist regime as part of Operation True Promise III, which caused significant losses to cities across the occupying territories.
