While commemorating martyred resistance scholars on Friday, he said: “The blood of martyred scholars is the light of our lives and their ink is the path we follow.”
Let us remember two great scholars, martyrs Sayyid Abbas Mousavi and Sheikh Ragheb Harb, as pioneers of the Lebanese resistance movement.

He further said that Hezbollah will protect Lebanon and will not surrender.
Sheikh Naim Qassem added that Hezbollah has operated on the basis of religious perfection, adhered to Islamic routines and believed in jihad in God’s way as a guide for humanity.
“In Hezbollah, we were brought up to love our homeland and believe in freedom of choice, statehood, and freedom of expression.”
An arrogant world wants to eliminate Hezbollah because the resistance presents a transformative project of patriotism, liberation, and dignity.
Hezbollah is an integral part of the Lebanese resistance movement and collaborates with various factions.
He further pointed out that Hezbollah has been building relationships with Christian communities based on Lebanon’s interests, especially in 2006.
Opponents of Hezbollah sought to smear the party’s letter of welcome to the pope, saying it reflected purity.
The Hezbollah leader stressed that Hezbollah does not ask anyone for certification and does not grant anyone the right to give such a certificate.
He said Lebanon was facing serious Israeli expansionist aggression and must counter it with all means available.
He insisted that Hezbollah would protect its people, people and country and would not surrender, and said the Lebanese government’s decision to include civilian members on the ceasefire committee was a free concession and did not change Israel’s position.
