“We condemn Israeli occupation authorities in the most powerful terms to re-occupy the entire Gaza Strip and drive away nearly one million Palestinians,” the Islamic cooperation organisation said in a statement.
Gaza city occupation will result in the movement of more than 900,000 Palestinians from the city west of Khanyunis in the Gaza Strip.
Previously, Jasem Mohammed Al-Badawi, executive director of the Gulf Cooperation Council, said in response to the Israeli regime’s decision to occupy Gaza city, the decision was a clear violation of all UN resolutions and international law, focusing on the steps of Tel Aviv that threatened the safety and stability of the region.
The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office announced at a meeting Thursday night that Israeli security ministers agreed to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to fully occupy Gaza city.
