TEHRAN – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) has launched a new wave of retaliation operations against the Zionist regime, intercepting dozens of hostile aircraft.
In an official statement on Sunday, the IRGC Public Relations Department confirmed the implementation of Operation Trumis 3.
The strike late Saturday targeted major infrastructure deep within the occupying territories.
The IRGC issued a harsh warning to the Israeli regime, emphasizing that “if enemy atrocities and aggression continue, Iranian military attack operations will be heavier and more widespread.”
At the same time, Iran’s air defenses proved formidable. The IRGC Aerospace Force operates under the country’s integrated air defense network, according to the statement.
The operation follows an unprovoked Friday air strike by Israel, who taught Iranian civilians, staff and scientists.
The first Iranian ballistic missile strike targeted more than 150 military and intelligence news sites across Tel Aviv and its surrounding area late Friday.
The fire on Saturday triggered sirens throughout the occupied area in the north, with sighting footage revealing serious damage to Haifa.
Preliminary figures in the Hebrew media report that at least four settlers were killed in the latest wave, contradicting the regime’s censorship efforts to hide the victims.
Thick smoke has engulfed the city as fires escalated across multiple strike sites.
Iran maintains that its actions constitute legitimate self-defense under international law.
