Allah Morad Afifi Poor, Director of Maritime Affairs, PMO, said 231,000 vehicles had been transported to Qeshm and the Kish Islands during this period. He also said that 59,000 passengers and a recreational vessel are operating without issue, and services continue along the coastline.
However, poor people at AFIFI stressed that harmful weather conditions led to temporary halts in marine travel. The forecast shows that harsh weather will continue through Wednesday, with restrictions on maritime traffic required.
He urged passengers to adhere to safety protocols within these conditions and avoid unauthorized use of the vessel.
“The harsh weather will affect the West Coast region and continue to affect other regions. People must follow the guidance of authorities for safety,” emphasized Afifi Poor.
