Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday’s air attack, which killed hundreds of Palestinians in Gaza, was “only the beginning,” and Israel would push ahead until it achieves all war targets, destroys Hamas and releases all the prisoners held by the group.
At least 404 people, including many children, have been killed in a new Israeli attack that ended a vulnerable two-month ceasefire in Gaza.

Doctors from a borderless group known for French initials MSF are calling for a ceasefire to resume, and Israel is pursuing collective punishments on Gaza.
“In line with the tactics that Israeli authorities applied since October 2023, they have once again chosen to punish the people of Gaza.
“The Israeli forces, which are taking on these latest ruthless attacks and evacuation orders, are afraid that a new phase of military operations in Gaza is beginning,” she added.
“The Palestinians in Gaza cannot withstand this, both physically and mentally.
