The relationship between the two countries is based on the connections of ancient civilizations and shared religious beliefs, which provide valuable capabilities in the formation of joint cultural plans and programmes, and the Iranian Culture and Islamic leadership minister said at a meeting with Aurangzeb Khan Kich of the National Heritage and Cultural Culture Department.
If Iranians are familiar with Pakistani tourists, natural and cultural attractions, their desire to travel to the country will definitely increase, Salehi said.
Iran has a diverse range of historical, cultural, natural and health abilities, and in Pakistan in particular, it can be introduced to foreign visitors through channels such as media, production of joint documentaries, holding cultural and tourism exhibitions, and academic interactions.
“Pakistani people recognize Persian as a part of their cultural identity, not as a second language. We are grateful for the Pakistani government’s efforts to support and strengthen the Persian chair at the university,” he added.
