Israel again violated the ceasefire agreement with Hamas, fired fire on Palestinians and killed a teenager in the southern Gaza Strip, reports.
Hamza al-Hams, 13, was fatally shot by Israeli forces in Rafa, Gaza Strip on Wednesday, a medical source at Khan Yunis’ Nasser Medical Complex said Thursday.
Witnesses say he was injured when he was shot dead by Israeli forces in the Al-Auda area of Rafa. He was later taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his wounds.
Early in the morning, two other Palestinians were killed. One was killed by an Israeli fire in the Shoka area east of Rafa, and another Palestinian was killed from wounds that persisted on the first day of the ceasefire.
Witnesses said Israeli forces fired fire at civilians at multiple locations along the eastern and southern tip of the Gaza Strip.
Amidst the Gaza ceasefire, Israeli forces are running a devastating campaign in the West Bank, deliberately targeting Palestinian youth, children and women every day. Since last October, more than 900 Palestinians have been killed in the occupied West Bank in attacks by Israeli forces and settlers.
