Manouchehr Mottaki, representative of Tehranian people in Iranian parliament, said in an interview with local Iranian media outlets on Sunday that if the snapback mechanism is activated by three European countries, the parliament is ready to hold the fingers on the trigger and respond.
He warned three major European countries, participants in the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, known as the JCPOA, that a group of lawmakers had proposed in Parliament a motion for Iran to withdraw from the NPT.
Tehran claims that the European Troika, France, Germany and the UK lack the legal basis for causing the snapback mechanism built into the 2015 nuclear deal known as JCPOA advertising.
