TEHRAN – In a telephone conversation with Egyptian President Abdel Fatta el-Sisi on Monday afternoon, Iranian President Masuud Pezesian congratulated him and the Egyptian people, sought blessings during Eid al-Fitr and a more unity and effective position against oppression.
Pezeshkian wanted the auspicious blessings and goodness of the Auspicious Eid Al Fitr to be given to all Muslim countries, including the Egyptian people who enjoyed a wealth of ancient civilization.
The Iranian president also praised Egypt’s position against the oppressed Palestinians in Gaza and the country’s approach to regional issues.
Pezeschkian added: “We hope that we will further strengthen the brotherly and friendly sentiments of Islamic countries and have a more effective position against oppression and injustice through greater unity and unity.”
On his side, Sisi blessed the arrival of Eid al-Fitr and said, “I pray to God that by blessings on this holiday, peace, security and success will be given to all Muslims and all peoples in the world.
