Speaking at a ceremony in Tehran on Sunday to honor top Iranian teachers, the president said the students were the true assets of the country. He urged that through proper skills and education, he must develop into a talented, creative and responsible generation.
Pezeshkian has made it possible to address the future challenges of the country in search of dedicated time and structured programs for child education.
He pointed out the negligence of disadvantaged communities, particularly in education, and emphasized that if one aims to build a better country, all children must be paid attention, as children from wealthy backgrounds, as transformative figures could emerge from any group.
Additionally, the president outlined his administration’s plans to build schools across the country, making it clear that building schools are not the ultimate goal. Instead, authorities must focus on creating an environment that provides better education in order to ensure a brighter future in the country.
He also urged children to instill the belief that they are good at healthy competition and can improve their skills in a supportive atmosphere.
At the ceremony, 24 model teachers were celebrated and received plaques of recognition for their outstanding dedication and contribution.
