President Masoud Pezehskian made a comment in a call with Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
Pezeschkian said his managers have always sought peace and expansion with the region and Muslim countries as foreign policy priorities.
He pointed to an ongoing Israeli attack on Iran, saying that Iran will respond decisively if the attack continues.
The president said the Israeli regime was trying to drag us into the conflict, stressing that Tehran would not allow a false Zionist regime to place Iran against other Muslim countries in the region.
He also condemned the warm policies of the Zionist regime, saying peace is needed in the region for the support of the local people.
The Egyptian president strongly tolerated Israeli invasions against Iran, saying his country is hampering diplomatic efforts with the US to eliminate tensions through an open door to diplomatic relations and end the conflict.
Elssi said his country has highlighted diplomatic solutions to the Iranian nuclear issue and rejected military options as merely a escalating factor.
