In a statement issued Tuesday, the Iranian president emphasized that the Terrorist Act targeting Hamas leaders in Doha represents the reality that the administration has no restrictions on crime and assassination, while destroying diplomatic efforts.
He further emphasized that the United Nations, organisations of Islamic cooperation, and other international organizations are expected to respond immediately, decisively and in fact, to this blatant attack. He pointed out that enduring peace in the region is possible only through ending occupations and attacks.

In the name of God, the most compassionate and most merciful
Today, the Zionist regime has committed criminal acts by attacking Qatar’s territory and targeting Palestinian resistance leaders once again in the shadow of questionable silence of the international community. The law not only violated international law and humanitarian principles, but also targeted regional peace and stability as a blatant attack. This terrorist act represents the reality that the Zionist regime has no limits on crime and assassination and destroys diplomatic efforts.
Iran’s Islamic Republic has strongly condemned this illegal, inhumane and anti-exploration behavior. Attacking an independent country is a clear violation of the sovereignty of the nation and the UN Charter, and the indifference of global authority to such actions doubles the risk of expanding crises and wars in the region.
Expressing solidarity between Qatar’s brother government and the oppressed Palestinians, I emphasize that the aggression and state terrorism of the Zionist regime will not undermine the decisions of freedom and resistance of the Palestinian people, but will strengthen the unity of the local people against this occupation and injustice.
The United Nations, Islamic cooperation organisations, and other international organizations are expected to respond immediately, decisively and in fact, to this blatant attack. Enduring peace in this region is possible only by ending occupation and aggression.
The Islamic Republic of Iran, as has always been emphasized, stands by all the oppressed people in the region and does not allow unilateral and offensive policies to endanger the safety and future of the region.
