TEHRAN – The Rashak Orchestra, conducted by Hamidreza Poulabed Abyaneh, will perform a concert entitled “From Screen to Melody” on November 11th at Loudaki Hall in Tehran.
According to Honalon Line, the program will feature works by some of the world’s best film composers.
The Rashak Orchestra will focus on iconic music from film history, performing re-arranged works by Hans Zimmer, Nino Rota, Ramin Djawadi, Maurice Jarre, Mike Butt, Vangelis and Clint Mansell.
The repertoire includes such works as “Gramophone Waltz,” “Papillon,” “Game of Thrones,” “Caravan,” “Conquest of Paradise,” “Schindler’s List,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” “Interstellar,” and “Requiem for a Dream.”
The relocation was carried out by Mohamedreza Basiri and Hamidreza Poulabed Abyaneh. Mujan Mirzai will accompany the orchestra as concertmaster.
