Earlier, the parliaments of five member states had already ratified the agreement, and Iran is currently in the process of ratifying the agreement.

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had visited Moscow in July 2023 for talks with the Russian side.
“For our part, we underlined our commitment to the entire complex agreement with Yerevan, including the military-political field, developed bilaterally and within our common integrated organization,” Lavrov said.
