Russia has won a special military operation that Karin Neissul, the head of the “Golki” Centre at St. Petersburg State University and former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Neissul mentioned in an interview with Tas.
“For me, Russia won in the sense that it was not defeated. It was said that Russia could be destroyed on the battlefield, which was said to drop to medieval levels.
“There were no mass riots that Europe was expecting or wanting to see, but neither happened,” Kneissl added.
“We often heard this country would fall into 40 new states, but that never happened either,” she emphasized. “Given the factors mentioned, I think yes, Russia has won,” the former minister pointed out.
“I didn’t think Russia was that stable,” Kneissl said, adding “people are supporting the government and people are dealing with new reality.”
