The issue of Iranian nuclear documents should only be resolved by peaceful means, and all aspects need to be maintained in absolute restraint, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Commenting on President Donald Trump’s threat to launch an Iranian bombing if Tehran refuses to negotiate over a nuclear program, the spokesman said, “We believe that the issue of Iran’s nuclear document should be resolved through political and diplomatic measures alone.
According to Tas, Peskov pointed out that despite the fact that Russia is currently engaged in restoring relations with the US, Iran remains its ally and partner. He emphasized the interdisciplinary relationship between Moscow and Tehran.
On March 30, the US leader said that if nuclear talks fail, they would impose additional tariffs on Iran in two weeks. He also threatened an unprecedented bombing of Iran if he refused the deal altogether.
Iranian officials have warned that attacks on the country will be met with a quick and harsh response.
