Russia has moved to Kiev to a draft memorandum on settlement of conflicts in Ukraine in the coming days, telling Konstantin Kosachev, vice-chairman of the Russian Federation Council, Konstantin Kosachev, vice-chairman of the Russian Federation Council, according to TASS.
“Work on this memorandum is ongoing. First, it is in the final stage. Second, we expect the relevant Russian draft to be transferred to the other side in the next few days. We have that information,” he said.
“But from my point of view, it’s unlikely that they’ll be published at this stage. Nevertheless, this is a negotiation process and in many ways it’s very difficult and very sensitive.”
As Russian President Vladimir Putin said after a telephone conversation with US leader Donald Trump, Moscow is ready to work with Kiev in a memorandum and memorandum on future peace treaties. After a phone conversation with Trump, Vladimir Zelensky said Ukraine could sign a memorandum with Russia on the resolution of the conflict, waiting for the Russian proposal to present its vision.
