“As for Trump Road, the Russian Foreign Ministry will study the details of the project, which has not yet been made public. And, as already pointed out, in this case, the involvement of out-of-territorial forces in the South Caucasus should encourage a peaceful agenda rather than creating new issues and new divisions.
“We also pointed out that factors such as Armenia membership in the EAEU and the presence of Russian border guards in the Syunik region should be considered. They should be considered when deciding to unlink the region’s transport links.”
