Russian engineering forces have begun to disappear from the border areas of the Kursk region, which have been released from Ukrainian forces, the Ministry of Defense reported.
“The engineering forces have begun to eliminate border areas of the Kursk region, which have been released from the Ukrainian forces.
According to it, Russian military personnel are simultaneously emitting important facilities such as residential buildings, homes, farmland, gas pipelines, boiler houses, electricity and communication lines, roads and bridges.
The ministry also said that Sappers have much work to do.
“The Ukrainian military has used a variety of ammunition, including foreign ammunition sourced from NATO countries, so it needs to perform a considerable amount of tasks,” the statement said.
Additionally, military engineers have discovered ammunition prohibited by the Geneva Convention, including the anti-personnel mines in Lepestock, the ministry said.
