The rescuers pulled the bodies of another victim from under the roof, the ministry said in a statement, adding that the child was among those who died in the incident.
Also, 16 people were hospitalized after the incident, some of whom were hospitalized in critical condition, while four remained missing, the Anadolu Agency (AA) reported.
Russian Emergency Minister Aleksandr Kurenkov arrived in Saratov and personally oversaw the search and rescue operations.
Search and rescue work will continue and more people may be under the tile rub, the ministry said, adding that around 20 experts, search dogs and eight units of equipment have been deployed at the scene.
Authorities declared the administration of a local emergency following the incident. July 26th was also declared the day of mourning after the explosion.
