TEHRAN – The culture and language of the great Iranian poet Sadi Siraj, originating from the Iranian identity, said on Saturday that the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism would protect Reza Salehi Amiri.
To commemorate this famous master, he spoke at a ceremony held near Shiraz’s Sadie Awards in Fars, adding that Sadie’s language contains reason, ethics, tolerance and beauty.
He called Shiraz a destination for cultural, art lovers, a cradle of civilization and literature, adding, “Today, our society always needs Sadi, Hafez, Morana (Rumi) and other famous people.”
Today, young people, women and men need Sadi and his virtues, knowledge, mysticism and ethics more than ever before.
“We must once again maintain the greatest flag of peace, reconciliation and coexistence flying in Shiraz, Fars and Iran, and we must convey to the world that the message of peace and coexistence comes from Shiraz and this geography.”
He added that the region of Fars is the origin of Iranian culture and civilization.
Pointing to the widespread presence of Sadi tourists, he said that the shrines of Sadi Spirit us, Hafejie, Tak e Jamushid, Pasargada and Shah Shera were the most visited places in the country on the holiday of Knowles 1404.
He said that Iranians have always lived in lands of peace and friendship, and added the presence of Sadi and Hafez’s discourse to contribute to the perpetuation of this culture.
He pointed out that the history of Iranian culture shines in the world of humanity.
Today, many (western) media are spreading Iranphobia, but that never happens. “We believe that as long as we have a huge, soft power like Sadi and Hafez, we will last.”
Few people in Iran do not read Sadi’s desirable and advised stories, as well as the fascinating and delicate stories of the poems of his books and the poems of his books. From ancient times, everyone who read Sadi’s words confessed their beauty and praised this great Iranian poet.
Sadi is famous all over the world, and for this reason UNESCO has appointed April 21 as Sadi’s anniversary. This is due to the fact that April is spring and that Sadi’s work was heavily inspired by the spring season.
