Iran and the US have held two rounds of talks in Oman and Italy over the past two weeks, with the aim of signing a contract for Iran’s nuclear program and the elimination of sanctions in Tehran.
Sources told Tasnim on Wednesday that the next round of talks scheduled for Muscat on April 26 will be held at the level of experts and senior negotiators, but at the same time it is not the case.
Iranian and American experts will first hold indirect negotiations on Saturday, then informing the results of the meeting with prominent representatives, sources said.
Technical negotiations precede high-level consultations co-chaired by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakich and the special envoys of the US President. The source said top negotiators will discuss the agreements and conclusions reached in the expert talks.
