Jabaralizekari, the chief executive of the Islamic Republic of Iranian Railways, traveled to Minsk to participate in the 3rd International Transport Conference 2025, engraved a document on the development of cooperation between the two countries through the North and South Railway Corridor.
As the deputy minister of roads and urban development, he signed a document on the development of cooperation between Iran and Belarus on the sidelines of the meeting.
During the meeting, both parties agreed to increase the possibility of transport for both countries and international freight through railways through the programme developed.
The ambassador of Iran’s Belarusian Alileza Sanei pointed out the importance of infrastructure development in bilateral relations, saying that the development of cooperation between the two countries requires the preparation of the necessary infrastructure.
Resuming direct flights between Iran and Belarus is a must-have for the development of bilateral relations between Tehran and Misk, the envoy added.
The 3rd International Transportation Conference will begin on April 11th and will be held until April 13th.
