Ten people were injured in the wake of an attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Kursk region of Russia. Regional representative governor Alexander Kinstein wrote on his telegram channel, adding that seven people were injured in the Lilsk district and three more were injured in the LGOV district.
“In Rylsk, a drone flew into two five-storey apartments. The first floor apartment was set on fire and spread to the next balcony. The fire is now extinguishing. In a nearby building, the drone hit the third floor and one of the apartments caused a fire. Rylsk Central Regional Hospital.
The attacked buildings had broken windows and damaged the facades of many homes, Kinstein added. All emergency services are on the spot, he said.
The LGOV district in the Kursk region is also being attacked by drones. According to Khinshtein, two buildings and a garage were fired in the Artakovo village due to a drone attack.
