Tehran – The first ever cycling tourist rally will be held in Shadad, part of the UNESCO registered LUT desert in Southern Carman province, where Carman tours and car clubs are headed.

The cycling competition begins on Wednesday morning in Shaddad, with a 7-kilometer route entering the LUT Desert.
Over 200 cyclists from various sports federations will take part in the event and simultaneous sightseeing tours will be held for participants. The winners of this competition will be recognized at desert tourist camps, and a handicraft market will also be established at the event to showcase the tourism and handicraft possibilities of Carman State.
