South Lebanon – During a speech at Dubai’s Arab Media Summit, Lebanon Prime Minister Nawafsalam argued that the Lebanese project was based on “liberation from the duality of arms.”
Salam argued that his project was “based on the interdependence of reform and sovereignty, which means that it led to the duality of decision-making and the loss of national projects, as it required the exclusiveness of arms.”
Salam said, “Our vision for Lebanon is not a fantasy, but a realistic project. It is a state of law and institutions, not a state of quota and clientism, not a state of sovereignty, not a field of subordinate, a state of decision-making, or a field of conflict.”
He emphasized that “Lebanon, which owns its own decisions in peace and war, and Lebanon, rooted in Arab identity and affiliation, will be opened to the world and serve as a bridge of communication between the East and West.”
MP Ali Amar, a member of Hezbollah’s loyalty to the Congressional Resistance Block, commented on Salam’s provocative statement, urging them to form an emergency task force to extract the country from the social, economic, educational and livelihood crisis.
Ammar hoped that Salam would “be too dependent on a lot of nonsense before they tried to obtain foreign approval.”
Hezbollah MP said, “We have not forgotten the Camp David Conference, the Madrid Conference, the Wadiaraba Conference, or other meetings based on the pretext of sorting out peace in the area. None of them were effective because those lands were released. The so-called five points and other boundaries sometimes cross.”
Five sites overlooking the Lebanese towns and the occupied Palestinian territory are the Lovebune site, the Jabal Bratsite, the Jabal Al Bhat site, the grounds between Marqaba and Hura, and the Tara Al Hammams site.
The Israeli colonial regime also tends to establish two more sites in Lovebune and Adaise.
In addition to the security belts established by Israeli enemies (from south of Nakoura to Shivaa Farm Heights, 96km² wide, this strategic site confirms 1,000 times the expansionist colonial nature of the enemy.
Unfortunately, Salam and the Lebanese anti-resistance team fool themselves by ignoring that Zionists violated Lebanon’s sovereignty and interfered in the matter amidst the involvement of several far-right forces that claim to be in violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty and committed to the sovereignty of the state.
In addition to five points, Israel occupys seven villages in Lebanon (Hounein, Malkiyeh, Salha, Abel Al-Qamh, Nabi Yusha, Qadas and Tarbikha). It also occupys the vast area of the maritime border between Lebanon and occupied Palestine, as well as the areas of Gajar villages, Shebaa and Kfalshuba, which belong to the villages of Almali.
Continuing occupation creates motivation among all Lebanese people as “it is not permitted to abandon or waive any part of Lebanese land” under Article 2 of the Lebanese Constitution “it is not permitted to abandon or waive any part of Lebanese land.”
Why is the Lebanese government violating the Constitution, as liberation is the responsibility of the people of Lebanese and, according to paragraph D of the preamble of the Constitution, people are the source of authority that voted for resistance in recent elections?
